What we cover

From finding you a suitable tenant to collecting their rent each month, we deal with the day-to-day management of your property on your behalf.

Not only does our service save you money by ensuring that you only get paying tenants who respect your property, but it also saves you time. Rather than dealing with tenant enquiries and maintenance issues, you can spend more time doing what you love; whether that’s relaxing with your family or growing your portfolio.

You still get the final say on which tenants live in your property, and you’ll be informed of any maintenance issues before they’re dealt with by our reliable team of trades. However, saying “yes” “no” or “I know a plumber who can deal with that” is the extent of your involvement.

Alongside day-to-day management, we also deal with:

Arranging check-ins/check-outs including full detailed inventories
Visiting the property quarterly and providing you with a full report of our findings
Ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to throughout the tenancy, including keeping all certificates up to date (gas safety, EICR, EPC)
Liaising with the tenant on your behalf throughout the tenancy
