With this package, we take care of the hard part. Finding a good tenant. With over 15 years of experience managing properties, we know how to attract the ones who pay promptly and treat your investment like it is their home.
Our process starts by marketing your property in the right light. We’ll take professional photos and write a property description that leaves potential tenants queuing at your door.
Once our calendar is filled with appointments, we’ll accompany prospective tenants on viewings. We will then reference check each one, including previous landlord, employment and credit checks.
Then, when you’re happy with the tenant living in your property, we’ll deal with all documentation and collect the first month’s rent. We’ll also collect their deposit, including registering the deposit within the relevant regulatory deposit scheme
This package is popular with landlords who live close to their investments and are happy to deal with tenant enquiries personally. It takes your empty property and replaces it with a ready-made cash-flowing asset.

- Arranging and accompanying viewing appointments with prospective tenants
- Preparing our standard tenancy agreement and any other documents required for the tenancy
- Switching utility and local authority bills, ensuring the tenant takes over the responsibility for these costs as soon as the tenancy commences
- Providing bank details for future rent payments directly to you and assisting with setting up a standing order, if required
